Gail Patterson is the founder and principal analyst with CR Analysis, a San Diego based consulting firm. CR Analysis provides services in two arenas, 1) complete evaluation services for program providers, as an independent evaluator, to assess program and implementation effectiveness, the ability to meet and exceed goals and solutions for improvement, and 2) conflict resolution solutions and training. Gail’s clients are from the public, non-profit and corporate sectors, and include school districts, non-profit agencies and businesses.
For more than 12 years Dr. Patterson has been collaborating with clients. She conducts research and assessments and delivers program development services; Gail is frequently called upon by agencies and companies who are developing and launching projects and for mid-point evaluations. Involved in projects representing more than $50 million in grants and funding over the past 10 years, Dr. Patterson is an integral part of an organization’s team, guiding coordinators and teams on the right paths to improve for positive results. Her education and experience in conflict analysis and resolution and mediation skills come into play when projects would benefit from improved communication and teamwork.
Dr. Patterson is a Certified Mediator through the National Conflict Resolution Center of San Diego. She holds a B. A. in Behavioral Science from National University and an M. S. in Dispute Resolution from Nova SE University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She earned her Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the School of Social and Systemic Studies at Nova SE University in 2002. Gail is a member of the National Association of University Women and a Certified California Small Business. She has participated in projects for a wide variety of clients including the School Districts of Palm Beach County, San Diego Unified and Poway School District. She has worked with non-profits such as San Diego County, San Diego Youth and Community Services, Rady’s Children’s Hospital in San Diego and Deaf Community Services of San Diego. In business settings Gail participated in projects with the Palm Beach Post-Newspapers in Education and Nash & Associates for the City of Julian, California.
