Company

Conflict Resolution Analysis, Inc. began in 1995 as a small consulting business. In 2001, the company was incorporated and become PeaceBuilders, Inc. In 2003, the corporation was re-named Conflict Resolution Analysis, also known as, CRAnalysis, Inc.

The business was developed from the work of Gail Patterson, a Doctoral student in the mid 1990’s, studying at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The small business services focused on assisting College Professors with their research studies and working with Safe Schools Departments at Broward and Palm Beach County School Districts. The work primarily centered on school violence issues.

In 1996, the business contracted with the School District of Palm Beach County. Multiple research projects followed through the Department of Safe Schools. PeaceBuilders, Inc. became the Principal Evaluation service for large federal and state grants through the School District of Palm Beach County, the 14th largest school district in the United States.

In addition to research services, work extended to developing Conflict Resolution programs, curriculum, designing studies and surveys. Clients include the 15th judicial Family Court in Palm Beach County, The Peace and Education Center, The Palm Beach Post, Florida First, West Ed and multiple school districts.

The company has grown more recently to include resolving conflict issues in the workplace. The name change in 2003, more clearly defines the work being conducted with businesses and corporations.
