CRAnalysis Company

CR Analysis has been a consulting firm for over 10 years. The company evolved from the work of Gail Patterson, a Doctoral student at Nova SE University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Patterson studied at the School of Social and Systemic Studies where she earned a PhD. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.

In the company’s early history CR Analysis contracted with the School District of Palm Beach County and was awarded research projects through the Department of Safe Schools.  Over several years Dr. Patterson gained experience in research practice and took over as Principal Investigator on large federal and state grants through the Department of Safe Schools. Palm Beach County is the 14th largest School District in the United States. CR Analysis continues to work and evaluate large District programs.

Grant writing is an art. With advanced knowledge of program development, evaluation and possessing strong academic writing skills, CR Analysis writes winning grants. CR Analysis has written and won multiple and complex county, state and federal grants for Non-Profit and Community Agencies. A few months into 2009 and CR Analysis has participated in and won over $3,000,000.00 in grant money for clients – and counting!

CR Analysis draws on our talented staffs unique capabilities and advanced knowledge in the area of Conflict Resolution. CR Analysis offers Corporate Training in employee relations and helps companies develop OSHA and Labor Law guidelines and operational manuals.

CR Analysis’s develops Conflict Resolution programs and curriculum. PeaceBuilding for Families became a Court Ordered Program in the 15th judicial Family Court in Florida.

Gail Patterson, Ph.D., founder and president of CRAnalysis

Gail Patterson, Ph.D. is founder and President of CR Analysis She is a Conflict Resolution Specialist who assists private companies, school districts, county agencies and individual agencies to develop conflict resolution plans and strategies for the workplace and schools.

Gail has worked as an Academic Researcher for twelve years. She has been selected as Team Leader to evaluate more than 30 U.S. Federal and State Department of Education Grant projects. Gail has developed multiple Conflict Resolution programs including a domestic violence program for the Family Court of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Under Gail’s direction, CRA offers a wide range of programs and services – from survey research and evaluation to workplace conflict assessment and Conflict Resolution teaching and training. 

With a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution - and success in developing Conflict Resolution strategies and techniques, Gail now helps others achieve life skills in Conflict Resolution. 

Gail has studied violence and conflict issues for fifteen years. She holds a Masters of Science in Dispute Resolution and a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She is a highly trained mediator with additional certification from the National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego, California.

Gail has authored multiple research studies that focus on public school violence.

Noreen, Training Derector at CRAnalysis

Noreen Cabrera is the Training Director at CR Analysis Noreen’s professional background includes over 15 years of training experience. She has hired, trained, and supervised over 70 international student personnel at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Noreen has conducted numerous seminars and training sessions on the subjects of intercultural communication, peace building, leadership development, professional etiquette, and Conflict Resolution. 

Her previous work at the University of Hawaii Study Abroad Center allowed her the opportunity to hone her advising, program planning, budgeting, intercultural training, and event planning expertise.

Noreen has a bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communication - a Master of Art degree in Speech with a focus on Intercultural Conflict Resolution, from the University of Hawaii.

Noreen studied in Japan and participated as an Executive Committee Member in the oldest cross-cultural student exchange program in the world, the Japan-America Student Conference.  She was a volunteer mediator at the Neighbor Justice Center in Honolulu.

Noreen has been published in the International Journal of Intercultural Relations and her passion runs deep for the development and coordination of conflict resolution training programs.

April Gula, administrative assistant for CRAnalysis

April Gulan is the administrative assistant for CRA. April assists with multiple tasks, which include client contact and scheduling, bookkeeping and office management.

April has held multiple retail positions; however, after taking an accounting course she transitioned to office management and administrative work. In addition, April is an accomplished speaker and has presented on drug and alcohol prevention topics to multiple audiences.

April has a natural ability in the area of customer relations and responds quickly to client questions and concerns.
